A unique adventure outfit and an integrated paragliding centre in the hills of Kamshet, in the Western Ghats easily accessible from Mumbai city via the expressway. Comparable with its counterparts across the world Nirvana Adventures adopts international paragliding training methods & norms, uses state of the art equipment and highly trained instructors This paragliding training school has been in operation since 1997 drawing a steady clientele from all over India and the world.

In 2003 they opened Native Place a unique base conceived to house the paragliding school, instructors, students and visiting pilots coming here for a paragliding holiday. This unique guesthouse is in itself a one of a kind travel experience, inspired by the provincial Indian styles of peninsular India packed with great atmosphere, a sense of easy warmth, great food and ambience.

By actively keeping the local community involved in the growth process Nirvana Adventures kept to their promise of touching the lives of the local people in the area. Today the company employs 9 people from the surrounding villages 3 of which are an integral part of the training team. In the process they succeeded in evolving an ecologically sound business module for others in adventure tourism to follow.
